Hi all! Admittedly, I’m having a bit of a bad day. I’m not going to go into details because it’s just work and insurance and life frustrations — stuff that happens to all of us from time to time.
I tried to make myself feel better by taking a nice long shower this morning and then putting on my comfiest outfit — the velour set from SKIMS.
I am still not doing great, but I think a milkshake is in my future, and maybe that’ll cheer me up.
I am happy for today’s review though, because it is a product I use every night. It’s the Organic Treatment Oil by Juice Beauty.
I have had several Juice Beauty products in my Birchboxes over the years and I always like them. They smell wonderful, they’re organic, they’re clean… amazing!
But a makeup artist I follow on Instagram always talks about how important it is to hydrate the skin, especially if you want your makeup to look good.
She was saying that under the eye is especially a place that gets dry and when you put makeup over it, it looks crepey. So, she suggested regularly using an oil.
Obviously, I’m going to do whatever she says – ha!
So, I decided to try the Organic Treatment Oil. Here’s the scoop:
- It’s certified organic with no parabens or synthetic fragrance
- It has calendula and chamomile extract to soothe irritated skin
- It also has organic sunflower and olive oils to deeply hydrate and nourish skin
I’ve been using it every night before bed – after my toner and before my moisturizer. It really gives my skin lots of moisture while helping the irritated patches I have somehow developed on my cheeks.
I love this stuff, and I will probably be checking out more products from Juice Beauty in the future. Have you tried anything from them? What are your thoughts on face oils?

I’ve heard their exfoliating peel spray is really good!
Oh that sounds like a neat product! I got a sample of their face wash and just love the fresh smell of it!
