How is everyone’s week going?
For the last few months, I’ve been writing in my journal and recently I’ve been focusing on things to look forward to. This was something that really had me down during lockdown — I felt like there wasn’t much to get excited about.
But this week, I started writing down things to look forward to, to help me get excited about the week ahead. And when I wrote it down, it turns out there’s so much to be excited for.
Some of my list items were simply “New podcast episode” and “Premier of ‘In the Heights'” while others were things I couldn’t necessarily be excited over during the lockdown, such as getting a haircut or getting my ears pierced (I really am, on Saturday)!
Everyone has different things they get excited over, so this may not be your jam, but just in case, there you go 🙂
Now, who’s ready to get excited over Exo Pure Remover Wipes?!
I got a few of these — the unscented ones — in a Birchbox last year. I loved them so much, I started buying them all the time, only I get the lavender scented ones.
The Exo Pure Remover Wipes have all natural ingredients, unlike a lot of standard nail polish removers. There’s also stuff in there to help repair and condition your nails as you remove the polish — like vitamin E, grapefruit oil, and essential oils.
Each wipe is individually wrapped so it’s great for travel, or tossing in your bag. One wipe is strong enough to remove the polish on your fingers and toes, per my experience.
According to the website, these wipes can even remove gel polish!
My favorite thing about these wipes is that they really smell nothing like acetone or nail polish remover. I honestly didn’t believe it when I saw it in my Birchbox… I was like yeah riiiight.
But then I used it and was shocked that the unscented wipes really were unscented! I have a small apartment, and I always felt like I could smell acetone for days after giving myself an at-home pedicure.
Plus, now we’re all more aware of the nasty chemicals in so many beauty products, including nail polish and remover. This has none of that!
Aside from unscented and lavender, there’s also orange, mint, and bubblegum.
I would definitely recommend these if you’re someone who does a lot of at-home nails or on-the-go touch ups. Exo also sells bottles of nail polish remover if you’d rather use that over the wipes.
Have you ever used these, or anything similar?
