A Review: Skims Fits Everybody Scoop Neck Bra.

How is it Thursday already? I feel like this week has been forever long, but a blur at the same time.

Did anyone watch the premier of “The Hills” and/or “Siesta Key” last night? They were both SO good… we’ve got lots of drama coming our way with these shows.

Today I wanted to share one of my latest Skims pieces with you — the Fits Everybody Scoop Neck Bra.

I was definitely influenced by Jaclyn Hill for this one. She said it was the most comfortable bra she owned, and promptly showed off a drawer full of them in all sorts of different colors.

So, I had to try it for myself.

Granted, I have other Skims pieces and I love them all, so it doesn’t feel like a huge gamble for me to add another piece to my collection.

I got the Scoop Neck Bra in the color “Umbre” which is a mauve-gray tone.

For reference, I am a 34-C, sometimes larger in the number measurement, and I got a medium.

The fit is great, and Jaclyn was right: this bra is incredibly comfortable.

I will say that it offers less support than the Sculpting Bra (you can see my review on that here) — I would almost put it in the same category as a bralette.

My experience with it has been that it does lift — although it has no underwire — but it does have adjustable straps. However, the support on the sides of the bra to push everything forward isn’t there.

I honestly didn’t notice it when I was wearing it around the house and to sleep in, but when I put on a more fitted shirt to leave the house, things were not as perky as I prefer.

Do I think this is a good bra? Yes. It’s comfortable and I always wear it as soon as it’s done in the laundry — it’s great for lounging, sleep, and would probably be good for yoga or something similar.

Depending on your chest size and your preferences, you may find you can wear it more often — especially if you find you don’t need much “side support.”

The Sculpting Bra really pushes everything up, so if that’s what you’re looking for, go for that one!

I continue to be impressed with Skims and there’s additional pieces I’ve been eyeing, including a strapless bra and a bodysuit.

Have you tried any Skims pieces? Which ones have you liked? Any that you’ve loved?
