After this week, I could definitely use some self-care this weekend. How about you?
I’ve been working as much as I can, trying to get caught up on a massive pile of assignments. And, I’m dealing with some personal issues as well (I am okay, don’t worry).
But Friday is here, and I am always grateful for that, even if I have to work, because there’s no worry over client emails or alerts from all of the different content management platforms I’ve signed up on (because all of my clients use different tools).
There’s at least a tiny bit of freedom once the weekend rolls around.
So, let’s get into the review! I know I’ve mentioned here before that I asked for anything from Charlotte Tilbury for Christmas and my mom got me tons of skincare goodies.
So far, I have really liked everything I’ve tried, which brings me to the Goddess Skin Clay Mask.
I feel like I have probably shared a dozen clay masks on here, but anytime I find one that doesn’t dry and itch when it’s drying and then there’s some that seem impossible to scrub off.
This mask is NOT that.
This mask is made to detox the skin, but also tighten and moisturize for a true, healthy glow. Here’s what’s in it:
- Bionymph peptide for smooth, plump skin
- Frangipani flower extract with moisturizing benefits and a delicate, calming fragrance
- Vitamin C has a brightening effect on the skin
- Sweet almond oil is rich in Omega 3 to keep skin feeling moisturized, smooth and baby soft
- Rosehip oil is a source of natural linoleic acid to help revitalize the appearance of skin
I mean… this stuff is the real deal. I’ve said it many times and I’ll say it again, sometimes the higher-end products really are worth it, and this one is.
I have been trying to really focus on my skincare lately and products such as this one are helping my skin look so much better.
During quarantine, I’ve developed redness and some acne on my cheeks and consistent care, including this mask, has really cleared things up!
