A Review: Restore Patch.

I’ve tried a lot of things to help with sleep and anxiety—everything from melatonin gummies to over-the-counter meds.

Sometimes they work, sometimes they don’t… and often they come with side effects I’d rather avoid. So when I came across Restore Patch, I was intrigued by the idea of a topical patch—something I could wear instead of ingest.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve tried three of their wellness patches: the Sleep Patch, the Anxiety Patch, and the PTSD Patch (I’m still working through that one). Here’s how it’s going:

Sleep Patch: Actually Helped Me Fall Asleep Faster

This was the first patch I tried—and I was honestly impressed. You simply peel, stick, and go to bed.

The ingredients include calming staples like valerian root and melatonin, plus some lesser-known ones like hops and skullcap (which I’ve only ever seen in teas).

What I loved: I felt naturally sleepy—not drowsy or foggy—and I didn’t wake up feeling groggy. Just rested.

If you struggle with racing thoughts at night or just can’t settle into sleep, this is a great alternative to sleep aids that often hit too hard.

Anxiety Patch: Subtle but Effective

I’ve had mixed results with anxiety supplements in the past—some make me feel jittery or just don’t work at all. But the Anxiety Patch is different.

It includes ingredients such as ashwagandha, GABA, and passionflower—natural substances known for their calming effects on the nervous system.

What stood out to me most was how gentle the effect was. I didn’t feel “numb” or like my anxiety had disappeared entirely, but I did feel more centered.

I’ve used it during stressful days or social events, and it helped me feel more grounded without zoning out.

PTSD Patch: Still Trying This One, But Promising So Far

This one feels a little more personal for me—so I was curious but cautious.

I’ve been working through the PTSD Patch slowly. It’s designed to support stress regulation, emotional balance, and sleep, utilizing ingredients such as magnesium, rhodiola, and passionflower.

So far, I’ve noticed small shifts—such as increased resilience in challenging moments or feeling less tense at night. It’s not a “magic fix,” but I appreciate that it’s gentle, easy to use, and doesn’t interfere with anything else I’ve got going on.

Why I Love These Patches

  • No pills to swallow. Seriously, a game changer for anyone tired of supplement routines.
  • Steady release of ingredients. No weird crash or sudden effects—it just slowly eases into your system.
  • Natural ingredients. Many of the herbs used have been around for centuries.
  • No morning grogginess. A big one for me.

Final Thoughts

Wellness patches aren’t something I ever thought I’d use—but I’m so glad I gave them a try.

They feel thoughtful, clean, and most of all, effective. I’ll definitely be ordering more of the Sleep and Anxiety Patches—and I’m curious to try others from Restore Patch’s line (they have ones for focus, immunity, menopause, and even weight loss).

If you’re looking for a low-lift, non-invasive way to support your mental and physical wellness, Restore Patch is definitely worth a try.
