Brainstorming Session: Yoga & Meditation.

It’s a gloomy morning in Austin, Texas, and it’s only day three of my voluntary lockdown… WOOF. I didn’t want to get out of bed, if I’m being honest.

But I’m here, I’ve got my coffee, and I started a new audiobook already. I swear, audiobooks have been the fuel of my days lately!
