Wahoo! We made it to the weekend! I was out of town last week, and even though I’ve been home for almost an ENTIRE week, I find that it takes me longer and longer to recover.
It was sort of a roller coaster on the work front this week, but we’re here, it’s Saturday, and I’ve got a great review for you all. Today, I’m sharing my experience with Olly vitamins and protein bars.
Now is also probably a good time to mention that this is, in no way sponsored or connected with the brand — NONE of my reviews are! I’m always trying new things and I read reviews before I buy stuff, so I’m returning the favor to all the ones who’ve influenced my buying habits 🙂
Okay, so I’ve taken several different Olly vitamins that I’ll share here: The Perfect Women’s Multi, Women’s Superfoods Multi, Goodbye Stress and Immunity Sleep. I’ve also had some of their protein bars — Double Chocolate Brownie, Chocolate Peanut Butter and Sweet Lemon.
Onto the reviews:
The Perfect Women’s Multi
You’re one busy lady, doing all the amazing things that make you, you. Well, here’s a multi that can keep up. It’s packed with essential nutrients to nourish you daily, so you can keep doing your thing.
- Flavor: Blissful Berry
- Complete multi with Vitamins A, C, D, E, Bs, Biotin & Folic Acid
Women’s Superfoods Multi
After loving The Perfect Women’s Multi, I wanted to order more from the Olly website. When I got there, I saw so many different kinds of vitamins I wanted to try! I saw the Women’s Superfoods Multi and thought it sounded pretty cool:
The suped-up multi. This complete multi has everything a girl needs, plus it’s packed with a powerful boost of phytonutrients from 10 of nature’s superest foods, bringing you the antioxidant equivalent of a full serving of fruits and veggies daily.
- Flavor: Lively Elderberry
- Complete multi plus a boost of super fruits & veggies
Peace out. These gummies work fast to help counter the bad vibes, with a boost of just what your body needs to help you stay calm, cool and collected.
- Flavor: Berry Verbena
- GABA, L-Theanine & Lemon Balm
I have mostly been taking these before I go to yoga to help me just put the day aside and focus on some time to myself. They don’t make me feel tired or “out of it”, instead they are slightly calming. I have taken them once when I was on the verge of an anxiety attack and they seemed to help (in combination with some breathing techniques).
These are definitely not a replacement for any prescription medication; I just think it’s a lil helpful, and it might even be just the act of pausing to take something to offer calmness. I’m almost out though, so I’ll be ordering these again!
I’d heard about Olly’s Sleep supplements, but when I saw these I was all in — I always try to make an effort to help my immune system especially during times when I know I’m stressed or not getting much sleep. Here’s the details:
Hit the snooze button. Sleep is vital for a healthy immune system, so it’s important to get your ZZZ’s to help keep you on the up and up. This powerful sleep combo features Elderberry to support immune health and encourages sound, restorative slumber.*
- Flavor: Midnight Berry
- Melatonin, Echinacea, Zinc & Vitamin C
I didn’t even know Olly made protein bars (they also make protein powder) until I was browsing their website. I am a sucker for quality protein bars that aren’t full of junk… which is pretty difficult to come by.
The OLLY Bar is filled with 12g of plant-powered protein and real food goodness from whole grains, mighty seeds and hearty nuts to curb your hunger and keep you energized.
I bought a box of the Double Chocolate Brownie, but there were a few free bars in the box when I got it! I got the Sweet Lemon and the Chocolate Peanut Butter, and all of them were delicious!
Olly offers free shipping on orders over $50, so the bars are a good thing to toss in your cart if you need to 🙂 I’m ordering the Salted Caramel Chocolate right now!
If you’ve tried Olly, I would love to hear about your experience… there are so many other types of vitamins that I would love to try!
