Okay, how many people called in “sick” today?? I put in a FULL workday yesterday, so I’m not going to lie, I let myself sleep in a little this morning before hopping to it.
But, I wanted to tell you more about my upcoming class at the University of Texas at Austin: Intermediate Blogging!
I teach “Blogging for Beginners” there as well, and that class has been very popular (and I am very grateful). Because of its popularity though, I realized that all of my students who’d completed the beginner’s course, may have left, worked on their blogs, and realized they wanted/needed more.
So, I created “Intermediate Blogging” and before I go any further, here is the course description:
Are you ready to take your blog to the next level? Are you curious about SEO and email marketing? Perhaps your social media game could use a little help? In this class, you’ll learn how to succeed in search engines, by way of SEO and paid search, and how to use keyword research to create a strategic content calendar. Here’s an insider’s hint — it’s really not about the blog, but instead it’s more about promoting the blog in the following ways:
- SEO (including keyword research, data-driven content calendars)
