A review: The Dopp Kit by Beis.

When I went to L.A. in April, I brought my newest travel accessory with me: my Beis Dopp Kit!

I’ve shared reviews from other Beis pieces I have, and I’m excited to share my thoughts on this one, which I got for Christmas.

I’ll be fully transparent that the version of the Dopp Kit I have is slightly different than the one that’s on the website now. Mine doesn’t have the loop on the zipper, and it doesn’t open quite as wide as the one online appears to.

Having said that, I still love this product!

It has a tall “cosmetic bag” on top of a square section — so you get two completely separate sections in one bag.

I put all of my hair and toiletry items in the top pouch section and then put all of my makeup and brushes in the bottom section, and wow.

I was shocked at how much stuff fit in each section, and the bag was still slim enough to fit easily into my Beis backpack.

I prefer to keep my toiletries in my backpack so I can easily get them out if TSA asks about liquids. I always use my Beis carry-on roller, and I’d hate to have to open that up on the conveyor belt.

I got the black Dopp Kit because I was worried about getting stains on the other color — at the time, beige was the only other color option.

Now, there are all sorts of colors available, and the material seems easy to rinse out any marks from makeup or toiletries!

I love that this is an item I can use for all sorts of trips — long or short — and can just toss it in a bag, even if I’m just going to the pool or the beach!

It’s also at a great price point.

Have you tried anything from Beis yet?
