Okayyyy, how was everyone’s Thanksgiving? The holiday weekend remains to be a bit of a blur for me — I worked a lot at my seasonal retail job.
To my surprise, it actually wasn’t as bad as I was imagining it, but it was a pretty tiring couple of shifts. I’m curious to see how things will be as the holiday season continues.
But it’s official now: the holiday season is upon us!
Since I created a list of fall beauty products, I knew I had to do one for the holiday season, and there are some good items here for yourself or for gifts!
Here are my top picks for seasonal beauty items:
Kiko Milano makeup | The Joyful Holiday Collection
Over the last few years, I’ve been paying attention to this brand because some of its products are clean and eco-friendly. But they always release a holiday collection!
The Joyful Holiday Collection includes an eyeshadow palette, a face palette, a highlighter, a bronzer, a blush duo, and sparkling lipsticks — what?!
Tree Hut Shea Sugar Scrubs | Seasonal Scents
The Tree Hut sugar scrubs are some of my favorite body scrubs (and they’re under $10 each). I have purchased so many of these I can’t keep count.
But, they released a Candy Cane scent and a Frosted Cranberry scent — both of which I purchased. This is my third consecutive year buying the Candy Cane scrub, which got me hooked on these scrubs! I cannot explain my love for this one; it runs deep.
The Frosted Cranberry is new (I’m pretty sure), but I used it over the weekend and it’s wonderful. I’m not even a big berry gal, but it smells very wintery, which I love!
Sephora Collection | Seasonal Masks
I’m an Ulta gal, but I dabble in Sephora from afar. I was so pumped when they released some holiday masks — I’m a sucker for holiday packaging. Bonus: most of the Sephora-brand items have clean ingredients!
At the time of this writing, The Gingerbread Face Mask is still available! They also had a Gingerbread lip mask and a holiday foot mask, along with a hand mask, too — but they are currently sold out.
Philosophy Shampoo, Shower Gel, & Bubble Bath | Seasonal Scents
I know Philosophy bubble bath (which also can be used as a body wash and shampoo) has a cult following, and well, it’s that time of year when they release their holiday scents!
They have several gift sets, but the holiday scents are Candy Cane, Snow Angel, Cinnamon Sugared Apples, Skating in the Snow, and Under the Mistletoe.
Impress Press-on Nails | Holiday Designs
Y’all KNOW Impress nails are one of my top beauty items!! For the holidays, the brand did not disappoint! Whether you want cute holiday designs (think: plaids and gingerbread men) or winter glam (sparkles and gems) — there’s a press-on nail for you.
I got two sets: one is a cute set that has holly on each nail, and another set has sparkles! I think the sparkling set would be great for New Year’s or even after the holidays.
Laniege Lip Sleeping Mask | Peppermint
It’s my personal belief that the popularity of the lip mask alone is what keeps Laniege in business — no shade. Every season, they release a fitting scent, and, yes, the peppermint scent is here!
I can’t think of a better (and more delicious) way to care for your lips this winter than with a nightly, minty-fresh mask!
Lush Bath Bombs | Seasonal
Of course, Lush has released its holiday bath bombs, and although they always have great offerings — the holiday bath bombs are always the best batch!
Not only are they festive shapes (candy cane, angel, polar bear, etc.), but the scents are warm and delicious. I mean, winter is bath season, right?
I hope you enjoyed my holiday beauty picks — what are you using this season?
