A Review: Charlotte Tilbury Collagen Lip Bath.

Hey, hey, we made it to Friday! And, it’s a holiday weekend! At least, I hope it is a holiday weekend for you.

I had a 9-5 job out of college that didn’t observe memorial day and it was always so awful to have to show up to work that day (now that I’m thinking of it, why didn’t I ever just use PTO?).

Some years, they tried to make it fun by doing a pot luck / cook out thing, but it’s not the same as being able to sleep in and have a cookout with your own people, amirite??

I will still be working this weekend, as I am forever playing catch up with personal projects, BUT I am leaving room for rest, and am finally going to the pool! I didn’t go to the pool at all last year because of COVID, so I am really pumped to start getting some pool days in the books.

I have even already done my fair share of shopping the holiday sales!

So, let’s get into my latest review: Charlotte Tilbury’s Collagen Lip Bath.

I’ve mentioned before that I got several Charlotte Tilbury products for Christmas and I am finally getting around to using them enough to offer up my thoughts.

Here’s the scoop on this lip-plumping gloss:

  • It has lip plumping mustard sprout extract to hydrate and enhance lip volume, defining the contours of your lips and creating a fuller, firmer-looking appearance.
  • It has marine collagen to moisturize and create a plumping effect by hydrating your lips and giving the appearance of smoothing out lines.
  • It has coconut Oil to nourish and soften your lips.
  • The pearlescent pigments create a milky pink sheen that reflects the light to make lips look fuller and wider.
  • Its peppermint extract gives your lips a cool, fresh feeling.

I got it in the shade Refresh Rose, which I loved. All of the glosses appear to be mostly sheer with just a tiny of color. The Peachy Plump and the Rosy Glow both look great, too!

I have tried several plumping glosses and I always go into it with the understanding that it’s probably not going to work. But I really loved the way this made my lips look.

I do think it gave them a plump, but I also really liked how hydrated my lips felt. This is the key to having plumped lips — staying hydrated!

I also really loved the peppermint tingle 🙂

This is a great option for a lip plumper and I’d definitely recommend it. If you want to try this or any Charlotte Tilbury products, I have a link for $15 off your purchase.
