Swatches from Ofra’s Fireside Hotties Mini Lip Set.

It’s officially fall and that means we can all break out our dark nail polish and our wine-inspired lipsticks…right?

I bought this set of liquid lipsticks from Ofra last year, but am just now opening it: Fireside Hotties Mini Lip Set.

Here’s the scoop:

4-1g tubes

Temps will go up to sweltering in these super comfortable, long-wearing liquid lipsticks in these ALL NEW universally-flattering winter-ready shades.

What’s inside:

Aspen (cool mauve-pink nude)
Sedona (warm nude brown)
Palo Alto (brick red-orange)
Portland (cool mocha brown)

In my swatch photo, these colors are in the same order, but from the bottom, up (left to right).

Shamefully, I never paid much attention to Ofra until I saw it in one of Manny MUA’s videos and I know I have been missing out! Aside from this lip set, I bought a blush compact and a skincare sampler. It’s all so nice!

But, back to the lipsticks.

These really are mini, but they’re a perfect size if you’re just looking to try a color or see how the lipstick feels. They would also be good to toss into your purse.

When I got the lip set, I was a little worried they would be too dark for me. But when I swatched them, I realized they weren’t too dark — in fact I think they’d look great on many different skin tones.

Aspen and Palo Alto are the ones I think I’ll gravitate toward the most, but I do like all of the shades.

As far as the lip formula goes, they dry down to a velvet matte finish, so it’s not super drying like many matte liquid lipsticks.

I am excited to see what kind of sets Ofra puts together for the holidays (I am a sucker for holiday kits and sets).
