I know that most people aren’t traveling right now (or is it just me?) and if they are, it’s likely a road trip. But, I bought this mask that’s meant to be worn on the airplane and well, I have been using it a few times each week, right here in my apartment.
It’s the “Aussie Flyer” Leave-On Recovery Mask from Lano, or Lanolips. Here’s the scoop:
The Lano Face Base Aussie Flyer Mask is a leave on-mask that reboots dull, dry skin and brings back moisture, glow, and radiance. With a solid hit of lanolin plus a punch of ginger, mint, and caffeine to wake, hydrate, and re-condition weary skin. It’s packed with ingredients that specialize in deep hydration, skin repair, revival & defense.
Benefits:
- Female-Owned Beauty Brand
- TSA-Approved, travel friendly beauty product
- Cruelty-Free & Certified by Leaping Bunny
- Vegetarian
- 99.2% Natural
- No artificial colors, fragrances, parabens, petrolatum, PEGs, or mineral oil
Slather on a nice thick layer to the skin and leave-on for greedy skin cells to drink up what it needs. You may feel some tingling. If you are feeling brave/clever, use during flying. After 10 mins, wipe off any excess left – if any – with a towel. You will be left with that ultra-hydrated dewy squishy-skin feeling.
That squishy skin feeling?? I’ve never had that nor have I heard of it, ha! But I do love this mask!
For nighttime, I really love thick creams, including a thick moisturizer and a thick eye cream. Our bodies repair themselves while we rest, so why not pile on helpful products?
This Aussie Flyer mask is very much like that: thick and smooth and it stays that way while on the skin. It never dries out or gets itchy. I haven’t slept with mine on, but I’ve left it on for several hours — I usually put it on in this morning and rinse it off around lunch.
I am already halfway through this product and will definitely be purchasing more!
When I bought it, it was on sale along with their Face Base Vitamin E Day Cream, which I just started using (I’ll report back once I’ve used more) and a travel set that has the Aussie Flyer Mask, the Day cream and the gel cream cleanser.
One of the things that sold me on this brand was that it’s female-owned and the products are vegan. Hurray!
Have you tried any of their products? From the looks of their product reviews, it looks like they have a cult following. I’d love to know what you’ve tried.
