A Review: Goli Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies.

One thing I’ve kept in mind this year — especially since lockdown started — is my health. I’d be TOTALLY lying if I said I’ve been eating consistently healthy and exercising on the regular (it’s been hit and miss) but I am trying.

But from day one, I have been CERTAIN I take my vitamins and supplements. I even designated a spot on my counter to house all of my daily gummies and powders, from multivitamins and allergy meds to collagen and immunity boosters.

About two months ago, some ladies I regularly text with told me they’d started taking apple cider vinegar gummies. I knew ACV was good for you, and I’d even tried taking daily shots of the stuff, but wow is it rough going down!

I didn’t know it was available in gummy form. They said they used the Goli brand, so I looked it up. Here’s the scoop:

Ingredients: Apple Cider Vinegar, Organic Beetroot, Organic Pomegranate, Vitamin B9, Vitamin B12, Organic Tapioca Syrup, Water, Organic Cane Sugar, Pectin, Sodium Citrate, Citric Acid, Malic Acid, Natural Apple Flavors, Organic Carrot, Organic Apple, Organic Blackcurrant.

Here are the benefits of taking the gummies:

  • Supports gut health for healthy digestion
  • Supports healthy weight management
  • Supports a healthy immune system
  • Supports heart health
  • Helps reduce appetite
  • Helps improve energy

Well, this is pretty much everything you need right in a gummy! So, I ordered a bottle. You need to take at least two gummies each day to get a full shot of ACV, but the bonus is: the gummies are actually yummy! They don’t taste like apple cider vinegar, thankfully.

Obviously I can’t accurately report if I have a healthier immune system or a healthier digestive system since I started taking these, but I do appreciate that there’s so many benefits to one product.

At the beginning of the lockdown, when I was stocking up on groceries, I bought lots of kombucha for gut health and vitamin c supplements to help my immune system. Those items are long gone now, so I like that I found something to take when I don’t have regular access to the store. I think these would be a great option to take while traveling, too.

Of course, these are not the only brand of ACV gummies out there, but since they came recommended by two friends who are not into health or dieting, I figured it had to be good and they are!

Have you ever tried anything like this or do you take the morning shots? I’d love to know what you’re doing to boost your immune system this year.
