I’ve been sipping from my Brumate!

When I signed up for my Winc Wine Club subscription, I started thinking about getting drinkware from Brumate.

If you haven’t seen it, Brumate is a company that sells products to keep your drinks icy cold. They have hardshell coozies, cocktail cups, wine glasses, champagne flutes, flasks, and even martini glasses, plus more.

One of my favorite things to do during quarantine is to take my dinner, my iPad and my glass of wine out on my patio, light the citronella candles, and sit in my chair to watch a lil “Friends” while outside.

I’ve sat out there for HOURS on many Friday nights.

When it comes to glassware, I do have wine glasses, but they’re nothing special and I am a sipper, so my wine gets warm — fast, especially when it’s 95 degrees here in Texas.

This is what brought me to get Brumate. They say their products keep your drinks cold for 24 hours. WHAT?

I was able to catch a sale, and I bought the Winesulator Gift Set, which is a Brumate bottle and two matching wine tumblers.

So, the bottle holds an entire bottle of wine. It also came with a collapsable silicone funnel to easily pour the wine into the bottle. The bottle will keep the wine chilled (or whatever temperature it was when you poured it in).

The cool thing about this is you don’t have to worry about shoving the cork back in the glass bottle or finding a stopper because the bottle has a screw cap. Also, you can bring this to “no glass” zones, such as the park or the beach — perfect for a picnic.

I have not plans for a park or a beach anytime soon, but I pour my chilled white wine into the bottle and take it onto the patio with me. That way I never have to go back and forth from the fridge or make an ice bucket to keep my wine chilled.

Now for the tumblers — these are SUCH great cups! I’ve used them for drinks other than wine; even just for water!

They are 14oz stemless wine glasses, and the inside is stainless steal so it’s not going to affect the taste of your wine. I feel like sometimes even my wine glasses hold onto the smell or taste of other wines, which is why I love these tumblers so much.

Because each tumbler is 14oz, you can split a bottle of wine between the cups and then you could store ANOTHER bottle in the Brumate one! Just planning ahead…

The tumblers also have lids with a place to sip that you can open and close — definitely necessary to keep the fruit flies at bay.

Now, do these items keep the wine cold for 24 hours? I cannot say because I haven’t tried it for a full hour, but it works for the 4 hours I’ve tried it.

It’s definitely worth the price, and it would make a great gift for just about anyone! Have you used any of the Brumate products or anything similar?
