I always keep a nice lip product at my desk; typically something that treats my lips but also offers shine and possibly color so I can soothe any dryness and also have a little something for a Zoom call.
Lately, I’ve been using the TonyMoly Jelly Lip Melt and it’s become my new favorite product!
I bought the Blackberry, which has a hint of flavor and a RICH blackberry jam color. I have always loved plum-colored glosses, especially for the fall months. I feel like it’s an overlooked color that looks luxe on the lip.
The Jelly Lip Melt feels like jelly to the touch but truly melts into the lips like an oil and adds a sheer wash of color.
It comes in a cute little Jell-O mold packaging with a twist-off cap. Because of its initial bouncy texture, it’s a little weird getting the product out of the package at first (my only gripe) — one you put a dent in it, it’s easier.
Of the options currently offered, the Blackberry is the one with the most color. It also has berry extract, which is rich in antioxidants and Vitamin C with natural anti-aging properties to hydrate and heal dry skin.
Other options include passionfruit, lychee, green grape, and watermelon.
And, at the time of this writing, they have a PRIDE option, which is coconut—a clear gloss with glitter!
A portion of all proceeds from TonyMoly’s limited edition Pride Collection will be donated to It Gets Better, a nonprofit organization with a mission to uplift, empower, and connect lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer youth around the globe.
I’m a real sucker for a glitter gloss, so I’m tempted to get the PRIDE one, but the watermelon (sheer, light pink) looks good, too!
I love TonyMoly skincare, so I’m not surprised that I like this lippie, too. It’s a fun little gloss that reminds me of all the cute packaging I used in grade school 🙂
