A Review: The NuFACE Mini.

I’ve wanted a NuFACE device since I became interested in skincare. I’d venture to say it was the first device that caught my eye, and during the holidays, I got one!

I decided on the NuFACE Mini, and I’ve now used it long enough and regularly enough to report back on it.

For starters, NuFACE creates toning devices. The devices tone the face and body using FDA-approved microcurrents.

These low-level microcurrents offer several benefits, including improving muscle tone and circulation, firming and tightening skin, reducing fine lines and wrinkles, and aiding in lymphatic drainage.

However, they often work without the user feeling anything.

Similar devices are often questioned about whether or not they work, and I think this is partly why—we’re trained to think results are something you can feel.

Having used the NuFACE Mini for a few months now, I can say I see a difference in my skin and the overall look of my face and neck.

Before I get too far into it, I’ll explain how I use mine.

I use the NuFACE Mini every morning as part of my routine. After getting my coffee pot started, I wash my face, then apply the NuFACE Aqua Gel, and then use the device for at least five minutes (sometimes longer on the weekends).

Using it daily has helped me see results, but it also keeps me on track for my skincare routine in general.

The NuFACE device is really easy to use, holds a charge, and easily fits in my hand. The most difficult part about it, for me, is not pressing too hard on my skin while using it (I have to remind myself that it’s not a gua sha) and simply staying present (and not becoming impatient).

If you’re looking for a “face workout” to tone your face, this is an easy way to add it to your routine. However, I’d only recommend this if you’re really good at keeping a routine. You won’t see results if you’re inconsistent.

Have you ever used a device like this?
