My Latest Order From Lush!

I got a LUSH gift card for Christmas, and I was waiting for a rainy day to use it. Well, the time came, and I used every last dollar!

I wanted to be really mindful with my purchase and try some new *to me* items. I searched through the entire website before making my final selections, and I’m so excited about what I ordered.

Here’s what I got:

Tea tree toner tab

Tea Tree Toner Tab

I saw this, and even the name sparked some curiosity. The Toner Tab is like a mini bath bomb that you drop into a cup of hot water, lean over it, and let the steam do its magic. At first glance, this seems a little extravagant, but LUSH suggests using the leftover water as a toner!

I love this idea! The Tea Tree Toner Tab has tea tree oil in it to cleanse and clarify the skin, but it also has aloe (for calming redness). Plus, it’s packaging-free.

Dream Steam Toner Tab

Dream Steam Toner Tab

Once I’m sold on an idea, I’m completely sold. So, when I saw there were two options for toner tabs, I bought both kinds. The Dream Steam is exactly what you’d expect, and it includes lavender and rose on top of tea tree oil.

Rose is one of my new favorite skincare ingredients, so I’m really excited to try this—both as a steamer and as a toner!

After Magnesium massage bar

After Massage Bar

LUSH has a ton of massage bars to choose from, but I’ll be honest, this is always an item I’ve not even explored. I assumed it would only be beneficial if I was doing really rough workouts? Which that’s silly — a massage can be beneficial in many various scenarios.

Once I decided I wanted to try one, I had a difficult time selecting the one I liked the most. I ended up picking the “After” bar for a few reasons. 1. I really like the spiky design and felt like it would work my muscles nicely. 2. I wanted one with magnesium in it, and 3. it’s cool and minty!

All of the massage bars have such great reviews, and I’m excited to add this into my routine, especially after a nice, relaxing bath.

Aqua mirablis body butter

Aqua Mirablis Body Butter

This is a new product—so new that there are no reviews—but it sounded so interesting. It looks like a bar of soap, but it has ground almonds in it to exfoliate skin and cocoa butter to moisturize. You can use it under water for a fizzing effect or out of water to get the moisturizing benefits.

According to the product description, it has an “almond cookie aroma.” What?! It’s also vegan and part of the Naked line 🙂

Co-Mingle shower scrub

Co-Mingle Body Scrub

Body scrubs are one of my favorite LUSH products. I’ve used the Magic Crystals and Ocean Salt, but they have so many others I haven’t tried; it was time. I got the Co-Mingle Shower Scrub, which is described as a 3-n-1 lavender dream.

It exfoliates but also moisturizes. It has such amazing reviews noting the scent and the creamy soft texture, I just couldn’t resist adding it to my bag.

Grass Shower Gel

Grass Shower Gel

The first thing I thought when I saw this was: Take me back to 1996 with Gap Grass! Who remembers?? The Gap actually rereleased those iconic scents (Grass, Heaven, Dream, Om) and I was soooo tempted to buy one over the holidays when I ventured to the outlet mall.

But when I saw the Grass Shower Gel, I was not holding myself back. From the reviews, I learned this is a scent LUSH had on limited release, but it became a cult favorite. While it does have that “fresh-cut grass” scent, it also has sandalwood, neroli, and bergamot, which sounds like an elevated version of what we all know (and love).

Intergalactic Bath Bomb

Intergalactic Bath Bomb

This is one of my favorite LUSH bath bombs that I’ve repurchased many times. Not only does it make for beautiful, colorful bath water, but it smells fantastic.

It’s a mix of peppermint, vetivert, grapefruit, and cedarwood, and it has “popping candy” inside. It’s a pleasant ride for the senses!

Saltbomb bath bomb

Saltbomb Bath Bomb

Have you seen “Saltburn?” If not, this Saltbomb Bath Bomb won’t be quite as funny, but LUSH got cheeky with this one and I had to support. This bath bomb is said to be a version of LUSH’s Milky Bath, which is woody and moisturizing.

I’m excited to try it! It’s a limited edition product, but the Milky Bath is a staple item, so there’s always that option 🙂

Sweets for my Sweet Knot Wrap

Knot Wrap

For years, LUSH has sold Knot Wraps, which are a Japanese tradition and an answer to eco-friendly gift wrap. Several summers ago, I saw one I really loved, but I convinced myself that I didn’t need it, so I didn’t buy it, and after I kept thinking about it, it was sold out.

So, when I saw this one, I added it to my cart. It’s so fun and cute; inspired from retro candy wrappers. I won’t be using it to wrap a gift, but I figure I could wear it as a headband, tie it to my pool bag, or use it for cosmetics and tie it up like a lil bag. Cute!
