Over the years, I have really been loyal to shopping at Ulta. I did it without really meaning to — a majority of the products I use and want to try have been at Ulta.
But, yes, there have been some products that are only at Sephora or Nordstrom. I have had a small list building in my mind of those products — the ones I can’t get at Ulta.
BUT, in 2021, Ulta got two of those brands: Fresh and Drunk Elephant.
MAJOR SCORE.
I tried the lip scrub from Fresh many years ago… I think it was a free gift at Sephora. But, other than that I’ve never tried anything and have always wanted to.
So, when Ulta announced they now sold Fresh, I knew that’s what I would spend my Rewards points on! I’m happy to report that I was able to get quite the stash — some of it was only travel size, but it’s ok. Fresh products are a bit of a higher price-point, so I got what I could.
The first product I tried was the Fresh Vitamin Nectar Antioxidant Face Mist.
I didn’t want to like it. But… it’s pretty awesome.
For starters, it’s an aerosol mister. So, not a continuous spray but it gives a very fine mist, which is nice.
I did get the travel size, but there’s a lot in there, so that’s a plus. It has a very light citrus scent, which I also love.
But, my favorite thing about it is that even with such a fine mist, it really is hydrating. I use it before all of my skincare (after I wash my face and use toner, but before any serums or moisturizer) and it’s very refreshing.
I also think you could use it as a makeup setter or throughout the day as a refresher!
I don’t think a facial spray is a VITAL part of a skincare routine, but I started using it years ago and can’t stop now 🙂
This was a good re-introduction to Fresh, and I’m looking forward to sharing other products from this brand!
Have you tried anything from Fresh?
