A Review: Pacifica Sun + Skincare After Sun Pineapple Flower Body Spray.

It’s Friday, and honestly, for the second week in a row, I feel like I really struggled to focus this week! Anyone else? Is Mercury still in retrograde?

I don’t know if I’m just exhausted or if it’s the heat, but man. I feel like the days fly by and I don’t get things done… which isn’t like me.

I’m hoping the weekend will serve as a reset for me and next week will be a little bit more focused.

Since the weekend is upon us, I thought I’d share one of my favorite products as of late — and it’s perfect for this heat wave.

It’s the Pacifica Sun + Skincare After Sun Pineapple Flower Body Spray.

Full disclosure: I bought this from Ulta last fall because I thought I was going to the beach… but a hurricane hit, and that plus the pandemic… this bottle sat in my bathroom closet for months until I recently started going to the pool.

I have been spraying myself down with this after every time in the sun, plus some!

It has aloe in it to help soothe hot — and even burned — skin and since it’s a spray, you can reach other spots that may be tough to get with a lotion.

I personally love this scent; a little fruity and a little flowery… but there’s also a Coconut Vanilla which sounds pretty amazing.

I use this spray as part of my after sun routine, which is: shower, towel off, use the spray, air dry, and then follow up with an after-sun gel or lotion.

The first time I was in the sun this year, I got a pretty good burn and used this spray twice a day until my skin was no longer red.

So, yes, I am loving it!

It looks like it’s sold out at Ulta and even on the Pacifica website, but there’s some stock left on Amazon.

It also looks like Pacifica may be replacing this product entirely with a similar one: Sea & C After Sun Cooling Water Gel Spray. It has great reviews on the Pacifica site!

What kinds of products are you using after a day in the sun?

I hope you all have a great weekend!
