Over the last few years, anytime client work is slow, I have a list of things I can do to improve my blog — add better images, improve the content, update keywords, etc.
Because the truth is, I don’t often take my own advice with this stuff! I teach my students and tell my clients about how to improve their SEO efforts and get more traffic, but look at me, not following my own rules!
Isn’t that how it goes?
But, I’m slowly trying to implement my own rules by completing a blog audit. I’ve had this blog for 10+ years, so I’ve got more than 1,800 posts to sift through, and yeah…
I figured you all might want to know how to perform a blog audit if you’re looking to clean things up — no matter how far into the blogging game you may be.
So, I’m sharing it all on Patreon today!
If you haven’t checked out my Patreon, I post weekly content about blogging, digital marketing, and books — and it’s all exclusive to Patreon.
There’s no commitment, so you can come and go as you please. I’ve had the Patreon for about a year now so there’s 70+ posts you can access immediately.
So, head over to The Bitter Lemon Patreon and learn how to do a blog audit (or use the tips for your website). Hope to see you there!
