Canned Mocktails I Took to the Beach.

I’ve written a lot about my relationship with alcohol on this blog. For over a year, I’ve been sticking to mocktails during the week, and recently, I even cut back on drinking on weekends.

During my recent vacation to Pensacola Beach, I had a few drinks (beer and wine only) with no negative side effects—thankfully—but I’m proud to say I mostly stuck to mocktails while I was soaking in the sun.

I wanted to share what I took with me in case you’re looking for new mocktails to try:

Gruvi Juicy IPA

If you love fruity and tropical flavors, you’ll love this Juicy IPA!

It has a nice hazy color and a slight froth that gives it an authentic beer-like mouthfeel. The flavor is packed with pineapple, citrus, and even a hint of fig, making it super refreshing in the heat.

I’ve tried a lot of non-alcoholic beers, and this one was a standout. It was perfect for warm weather—light, fruity, and still full of flavor.

I’m so happy I brought this one along!

Parch Desert Margarita

This mocktail is all about those desert vibes, with flavors inspired by sour oranges and sweet limes.

It’s a tangy, salty margarita without the booze, with tamarind, tangerine juice, and chamomile rounding out the flavor. It also includes adaptogens like Ashwagandha and L-Theanine to help relieve stress.

This was, hands down, my favorite!

As a margarita lover, I’m thrilled to have found a non-alcoholic version that doesn’t skimp on the flavors. Super refreshing and the perfect beach drink—definitely ordering more.

Ghia Lime and Salt

Ghia’s signature bitter aperitivo gets a twist with lime and salt for a crisp, salty, and tart drink.

It’s like taking a dip in the Mediterranean in a can, with the perfect amount of bubbles.

I haven’t tried Ghia’s original aperitivo yet, but this flavor combination had me hooked.

I love the balance of citrus and salt, and it was incredibly refreshing for a hot day at the beach. Definitely a go-to for future beach trips.

Gruvi Golden Lager

Sometimes, you just want a classic and simple beer, and Gruvi’s Golden Lager delivers that.

It’s light, crisp, and balanced, with a touch of honey and bitterness that makes it easy to sip all day. Plus, it’s gluten-reduced!

This is a great option for when you want something traditional. It’s the kind of non-alcoholic beer you could drink year-round.

I appreciated how light and drinkable it was while still being flavorful. Bonus points for the low-calorie count, too

Weekday Vibes Rosemary Sparkling Rosé

This sparkling rosé is made from de-alcoholized wine and has bright flavors of fresh citrus and bold rosemary.

It’s super refreshing and feels like summer in a can, with no added sugar and only 5 calories per serving.

The rosemary flavor is unique and definitely bold, but I enjoyed it.

It’s not something I’ve had in a drink before, and it pairs so well with the citrus flavors. Perfect for sunny days and I can’t wait to try more of their flavors!

Gruvi Dry Secco

Inspired by champagne, this non-alcoholic Dry Secco is a bubbly, semi-dry wine with floral and tart notes.

It’s only 50 calories per serving, gluten-free, and comes in single-serving glass bottles, perfect for a mimosa or tonic creation.

I didn’t bring these to the beach because they come in glass bottles, but I enjoyed them back at the condo.

It’s crisp and bubbly, and while it’s not the best NA sparkling wine I’ve had, it’s still a solid option when you want something light and refreshing.

Wrapping It Up

I love having options when it comes to non-alcoholic drinks, and these canned mocktails were the perfect companions for my beach vacation.

While I still enjoy the occasional alcoholic beverage, I’m so proud of my journey with alcohol moderation and the fact that I had a fun, relaxing vacation mostly sipping on these amazing mocktails. If you’re looking for something flavorful and refreshing for your next beach day, I highly recommend giving these a try!
