A Review: Love Wellness Products.

I’ve been wanting to write this post for awhile because I’ve been using some of these Love Wellness products for several years! But, either I kept forgetting, or I just wanted to make sure I had enough to say… so here we go 🙂

I’m listing all of the Love Wellness Products I use (most of them I use daily), and will share why I bought it and how it’s worked for me. Of course, we’re all different, but I’m sharing this in case it could help.

Good Girl Probiotics

This is one of the first Love Wellness products I purchased. The Good Girl Probiotics support vaginal health and urinary tract health. Over the last few years, I’ve been more interested in ensuring everything down there is in good condition; I’ve felt prone to UTIs and other infections and they are so uncomfortable to deal with, so I just want to prevent whatever I can.

Good Girl Probiotics is an OB/GYN-developed probiotic that supports balanced vaginal pH and urinary tract health. I’m still using a bottle of their “old” formula, but they recently updated it with an additional strain of bacteria, and it’s only one pill per day! This is likely my favorite Love Wellness product because I want to prevent any infections I’ve had in the past; so far, so good!

The Killer

As I mentioned above, I’m prone to having a yeast imbalance, and if you’ve experienced that, it’s awful. I’ve yet to find another over-the-counter product that works as well as The Killer. I’ve only had to use this a few times over the years (likely thanks to the Good Girl Probiotics), and typically, only one day of use gets things back in order.

The Killer is a boric acid vaginal suppository that gets yeast back to proper levels. It works fast and well! I typically use this after my period, but it’s such a relief knowing that if symptoms arise, I have a product on hand that will fix the issue in a single night.

Bye Bye Bloat

This is another product I’ve been using for years, and I know it may be a controversial one. I’ve always heard that bloating products are a result of diet culture, and that very well may be true. But, I didn’t buy this product in hopes of losing weight or looking skinnier.

I bought it because I’ve experienced bloat to the point of being uncomfortable, especially when I travel. I figured a product like this could help me, and when I take it regularly, it does help! Bye Bye Bloat alleviates hormonal and food-related bloat, but doesn’t result in side effects.

Metabo Love

I’ve taken this product for years, and truthfully, it’s one I’m on the fence about. When I initially started taking it, I noticed a big difference in my body and how I felt. But I feel like that’s tapered off (I’m not sure if it’s possible for the body to get used to a supplement). If I stopped taking it, I may notice the difference!

Metabo Love is made to support thyroid function, balance blood sugar, and help the body oxidate fat cells for energy support. It does a lot!

pH Balancing Cleanser

As you may have noticed, Love Wellness is focused on vaginal health (as part of general fem-care), and I’m all about it. While I don’t use the pH Balancing Cleanser daily, I tend to use it whenever I have to reach for The Killer or am on my period. A little goes a long way, and I love how safe and helpful it is. It’s a product I’ll always keep in my shower!

Sleeping Beauty

This is the newest Love Wellness product I’ve tried, and if you’ve been here for a while, you know I’ve tried all kinds of sleep aids (see my guide to sleep aids here)! Sleeping Beauty has melatonin, magnesium, and valerian root to help you fall asleep and stay asleep.

I’ve found the key to the right sleep aid is understanding the dose that works best for you. With this, one tablet (instead of two, which is what the official dose is) works best for me. So far, I really do like it. I get a great night’s sleep and don’t feel groggy in the morning.

Healthy Hair Probiotics

I don’t think I’ve been taking these long enough to notice a difference in my hair (I just finished my first bottle, so about 30 days) but I really got them as a preventative measure. As I get older, I worry about hair loss (not sure if this is something I should be worried about) and I don’t like using topical products on my hair and scalp. So, this seemed like the best option to try.

Healthy Hair Probiotics is made to support longer, thicker, shinier hair, along with less shedding and better scalp health. It’s just one pill before bed!

Have you tried any products from Love Wellness? If so, which ones?! Or, what supplements do you enjoy taking?
