A Review: Megababe Shower Wipes.

Howdy! Coming at ya from the depths of the job hunt. Right after I was laid off, I had a previously planned trip to take, a retreat to go on, and then it was time to hit the ground running, updating the site and my resume.

For the last week, I’ve been attending virtual networking events and applying to jobs that seem like a fit. I’m sure you’ve been there before and remember how stressful it can all be.

But, I am trying to make sure I give myself grace and leave time for self-care. That’s why I’m excited to talk about the Megababe Shower Sheets today!

I took these on my retreat in New Mexico earlier this month (you can read all about that here), and I’m so glad I did.

I had a private shower in my room, but there wasn’t always time to take a shower. Plus, I packed precisely the amount of clothes I would need — nothing extra! So, I didn’t always want to take more than one shower a day.

I used these in the afternoon to clean up before dinner and then took my daily shower before bed. The wipes were so handy!

I actually bought these for my mom for Christmas last year. She asked for items for her gym bag, and I saw these at Ulta.

They had mixed reviews over the scent — cucumber mint — but everything else about them was good, according to users. I bought them for her, anyway, with the caveat that she may not love the scent.

However, she said she liked the smell and that it was light, anyway.

So, when it was time to pack for the retreat, I bought a bag for myself. Each wipe is individually wrapped, so I even tossed a few into my backpack for the airport. You never know!

As I mentioned, I used these in the afternoons — once after a 3-mile hike in the desert — and really enjoyed them.

The scent is light. I wouldn’t bottle it and wear it as a perfume, but it’s perfect for this product.

The size is a real win for this product. It’s much larger than a makeup wipe or a hand wipe, so you can get clean using one.

These would be great to keep in a gym bag, in your car, in your suitcase, and even in your emergency kits. Does anyone remember the Texas Freeze?? Yeah, I had no water for 3-ish days and used any wet wipes I could find to keep myself feeling clean — these would have come in clutch!

This is one of many Megababe products I’ve tried in the last few years, and I have yet to be disappointed. What have you tried from Megababe?
