When it comes to body care, I’m a sucker for multitasking products — and even more so when they smell amazing.
Enter: Saltair’s Golden Hour Oil-Infused Nourishing Body Wash. I picked this up on a whim, not expecting to fall in love, but now I’m officially obsessed.
Why I Love It
Let’s start with the scent: Radiant Sunflower, Juicy Pineapple, and Fresh Coconut.
It’s fruity, tropical, warm, and just happy. It truly lives up to its name — Golden Hour — by transporting you to a sun-drenched paradise with each use.
It’s a perfect summer vibe in a bottle (although you could definitely use this year-round).
The formula is another win. It’s infused with a blend of passion fruit seed, kukui, buriti, coconut, and argan oils — all of which help gently cleanse while deeply nourishing the skin.
I’ve been using this in the shower, both alone and with my African mesh cloth for some added exfoliation, and the result is soft, smooth skin with a healthy glow. Plus, the lather is surprisingly rich for an oil-based formula.
What Sets It Apart
- Multitasking Benefits: A body wash and moisturizer in one? Yes, please. The oil infusion helps lock in hydration so my skin never feels stripped or dry.
- Skin-Friendly Formula: It’s vegan, cruelty-free, paraben-free, and gluten-free, which makes it a solid pick for a wide range of skin types.
- Daily Use Approved: Gentle enough for daily showers, and luxe enough to feel like a little moment of self-care.
A Small Wish
The only downside? These bottles are pretty substantial and sturdy!
I’d love to see refills available in the future so I don’t feel guilty tossing (or recycling) such a well-made container. Here’s hoping Saltair adds that to their lineup soon.
Final Thoughts
If you’re in the market for a body wash that smells incredible, feels indulgent, and delivers real skin benefits, I highly recommend trying Golden Hour.
I’ve already sniffed a few other Saltair scents, and let’s just say… this probably won’t be my last bottle.
